GMAT – Graduate Management Admission Test
The GMAT test is 210 minutes exam which measures the analytical writing assessment, an integrated reasoning section, a quantitative section and a verbal section.
The GMAT exam is required mostly for the MBA Programs, most business schools require that exam.
The GMAT exam does not have a set exam date.
A student can give GMAT exam only 8 times in his lifetime
Students are not allowed to give the GMAT exam more than 5 times in the 12-month rolling period.
Student can choose any date from the available GMAT exam dates.
The GMAT Exam has been the most widely used exam for MBA admission, from more than 50 years.

On the day when you give GMAT exam, you will be allowed to choose 5 schools to which you can send your result directly.
if you choose schools after the exam to send a report to them you have to pay some amount per school
Your result report will be issued to you within 20 calendar days of your exam
One has to be graduate in any stream to apply for GMAT Exam
A good GMAT score increases the chances to get admission in top B- Schools.

The GMAT Exam is valid for 5 years from the date you have given the exam.
You will get your score at the same time you have given the exam for Math, Verbal section and total score, you can decide whether you want to keep that score or cancel at the same time but for official score need to wait for max 3 weeks.
